Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in any services provided by our company. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Information and Documents: We shall provide you with all the relevant information and documents pertaining to the employee available with us. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
2. Security Check: The employer is responsible for conducting a thorough background check on the employee for security purposes. We recommend verifying the credentials, references, and conducting any necessary background checks before hiring the employee.
3. Service Charges and Salary: The employer agrees to pay 50% of the employee’s salary as service charges, payable only once, and half of the employee’s monthly salary in advance. These payments are non-refundable. Any subsequent changes in the terms of service will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
4. Leave Entitlement: The employee shall be entitled to leave after completing a six (6 days) of continuous service. The employer and employee should mutually agree upon the leave schedule, subject to the operational requirements of the employer.
5. Employee Replacement: If the employer desires to replace the employee within the first three months of service, no service charges will be applicable. However, any replacement beyond four months will incur service charges, which are to be paid by the employer.
6. Termination of Service: The service will be terminated immediately if the employer abuses, physically harms, or fails to pay the employee’s salary on time. The termination will be at the discretion of the company, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
7. Company’s Liability: The company shall not be held responsible for any recovery of lost or stolen items or any financial transactions made by the employee. The employer assumes all responsibility for securing their premises and belongings.
8. Advances: The employer shall not provide any advances or loans to the employee without prior notification and consent from the company. Any such advances given without company knowledge shall be the sole responsibility of the employer.
9. Leave Entitlement (Revision): The employee shall be entitled to leave after completing six days of continuous service. The employer and employee should mutually agree upon the leave schedule, subject to the operational requirements of the employer.
10. Theft Responsibility: In the event that the provided employee is involved in any theft or unlawful activity, the company shall not be held responsible. The employer assumes all liability for any losses incurred due to the actions of the employee.
11. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the employer and the company, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
